It's designed to be very relatable to Springbrook Software's main customer demographic, government agency employees who have worked in the same agency for decades but still recognize the importance of updating technology to better serve their citizens.

User Conference Recap Video
The Springbrook National User Group (SNUG) is a non-profit organization funded and run by Springbrook users from around the country. While their annual conference is hosted by the SNUG board, Springbrook is the main sponsor, teaches all training sessions and hosts entertainment and networking events over the 2-day event.

The 2019 conference was themed "RE-ignite" to mark a major shift, returning the focus of the conference to be solely about Springbrook. The previous three years, the event had been rolled into another conference hosted by Springbrook's (then) parent company, Acclea, leaving Springbrook customers feeling neglected.
Through heavy event marketing and creating more interactive training sessions, the event was a huge success, doubling attendance over the previous year.
