Collaborate and Listen

I've always felt strongly that collaboration makes work way more interesting and ultimately, more successful. I'd rather celebrate a win as "we" rather than "me."
I came across this article from Lauren Broomall from Navicet on LinkedIn. I can relate to this list of the elements of collaboration, especially during this new era where we are all forced to work from home. I miss in-person creative what-iffing, building on collective ideas and ultimately creating something that I would have never thought of on my own. Technology like Teams and Zoom fills the void, but there's nothing like a real, in-person high five or spontaneous Vanilla Ice imitation. We don't always have the opportunity to have the full list, but it's something to strive to achieve.
