Thank you notes

I'm not a big fan of giving unsolicited advice, but I am always quick to share, "Never under estimate the power of a hand written thank you note." I probably spend an inordinate amount of time choosing the right card, the right pen, the content and how I address the envelope, but it doesn't have to be a challenge. Here's an anatomy of how simple it can be. It's a simple way to make a positive, lasting impression, whether it's a sales call or a job interview.

I came across this simple anatomy of a thank you note on LinkedIn by Mark Emery, Vice President of Client Services at Fizz. I guess I should probably send him a thank you note!
